We Love Pets!

Life can be RUFF. Relax in comfort with your furry friend at your side!

Pet Policy:

Pets welcome upon approval, breed restrictions apply. Limit 2 pets per home. Pet deposit = $300 per unit. Monthly pet fee = $35 per pet. All pets must be licensed, spayed/neutered as required by local ordinances.

We love pets at Paloma Terrace apartments and can’t wait to meet yours! We know they’ll love our exciting Colorado Springs, CO, community as much as you will!
