To our Paloma Terrace Residents and future Residents,

After studying traffic patterns of when people contact the office and we miss them, we have decided to change the Paloma Terrace office hours to better serve our current Residents and new Residents.

Beginning Saturday, October 22, 2016, our office will be open (and closed) as follows:

  • Monday through Friday the office will be open 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
  • Saturday and Sunday the office will be closed.
  • The office will also be closed for lunch between 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm, as it is now.

The new hours put the Paloma Terrace office on a more traditional track compared to the varying hours across the week that will continue until the 22nd. And we have to admit it’s easier to remember the new office hours: Open Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm. Closed for lunch 12-1 pm. and Saturday & Sunday.

We honestly believe we will be able to better serve our current residents and incoming residents with the new office hours. Otherwise we wouldn’t be doing it.

We apologize in advance if this change causes an inconvenience. We hope it won’t, but there will no doubt be online information that’s slow to update from the old office hours to the new ones. Some of it may never change online, but we have no control over when (or if) other websites update their data.
