The rent office is in the north courtyard next to the pool. From our easy-access Sage Street front parking lot, take the stairs on your right.

Office hours Monday–Friday are 9:30 am to 5:30 pm with an hour off for lunch from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm. We’re at 2910 Sage Street, Colorado Springs, CO.

Our 1 bedroom apartments Colorado Springs are your best affordable housing opportunity today.

The lease rate you pay can depend on the following variables: The location and features of a particular residence. How much the home has been remodeled. Your move-in date, and the lease term you choose.

Our affordable apartments in Colorado Springs are market and features based, which means you only pay for what you get.

Electric utilities are separately metered, while other utilities are billed through a Ratio Utility Billing System.

Deposit, Application, Qualification

The deposit is $400 with good credit. The application fee is $19 per adult. Here is the qualification criteria. There is also an administration fee of $170 that is not due until you move in. It just covers all of the paperwork we do here in the office for a new Resident.

Occupancy

A maximum of three persons for each of our apartment homes.
