The rent office is in the north courtyard next to the pool. From our easy-access Sage Street front parking lot, take the stairs on your right.
Office hours Monday–Friday are 9:30 am to 5:30 pm with an hour off for lunch from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm. We’re at 2910 Sage Street, Colorado Springs, CO.

We specialize in 1 bedroom Colorado Springs apartments for rent and offer you country-style living with a large south courtyard lawn and other open spaces on 2.1 acres.

The lease rate you pay can depend on the following variables: The location and features of a particular residence. How much the home has been remodeled. Your move-in date, and the lease term you choose.
Our affordable Colorado Springs apartments are market and features based, which means you only pay for what you get.
Electric utilities are separately metered, while other utilities are billed through a Ratio Utility Billing System.
Deposit, Application, Qualification
The deposit is $400 with good credit. The application fee is $19 per adult. Here is the qualification criteria. There is also an administration fee of $170 that is not due until you move in. It just covers all of the paperwork we do here in the office for a new resident.
A maximum of three persons for each apartment home.

Also the rent office is going to have a makeover, but that’s a secret from me, so we’ll all have to wait and see what that is. There will be more landscaping and office photos posted when this work is done, and we’re all excited about the coming changes.

As mentioned above, all our apartment homes have a ground-floor entrance that’s also a private exterior entrance. Yes, there are homes above and below each other, however, there are no staircases up and down the two-story buildings. The slope of our Colorado Springs land takes care of that.
