When you approach the office, wave at the square pad to the right of the door. It’s a no-contact pad. Please enter the office. The door will begin to close in ten seconds.

Unfortunately the automatic door and ‘wave pad’ are not in the photo above, but we’re working on that.

Plus all new ductless mini-split air conditioning for the rental office and laundry facility below. It’s more efficient and more powerful to keep the office comfortable for Tammy, our residents and visitors.

The Rent Office

As mentioned above, all our apartment homes have a ground-floor entrance that’s also a private exterior entrance. Yes, there are homes above and below each other, however, there are no staircases up and down the two-story buildings. The slope of our Colorado Springs land takes care of that.
