Monthly Rents From February 1, 2020
Our one bedroom apartments are your best apartment value in Colorado Springs today.
The lease rate you pay can depend on the following variables: The location and features of a particular residence. How much the home has been remodeled. Your move-in date, and the lease term you choose.
Our one bedroom apartments rents are market and features based, which means you only pay for what you get.
Electric utilities are separately metered, while other utilities are billed through a Ratio Utility Billing System.
Rent Office Improvements
Landscaping improvements are scheduled for this area in 2020, and it’s going to be awesome! 🙂 Also the rent office is going to have a makeover, but that’s a secret from me, so we’ll all have to wait and see what that is. There will be new landscaping and office photos posted when this work is done, and we’re all excited about the coming changes.
