The Paloma Terrace rental office is centrally located in the north courtyard to welcome you next to our swimming pool. The south courtyard features our rolling green lawn with a large shady sycamore tree.

From the Sage Street parking lot, take the stairway on your right for the rental office. We look forward to meeting you and helping with your housing needs. Paloma Terrace is an accommodating place to live.

Office hours shown in the right-hand column reflect occasional adjustments made in response to changes in office traffic patterns. That may sound complicated, but the goal is simple: To maximize staff availability for the convenience of our current Residents and new incoming Residents.
